Refund policy

Flat fee: charged only after you finalise a home. If the deal is cancelled before you move in for a reason on the owner's side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Add-on services: refundable if the work hasn't started. Government charges such as stamp duty aren't refundable once paid. How: contact us using the details on the Help page.
