When do I pay the fee?
Only when you finalise a home. Searching, video tours and visits are free.
What does "Verified" mean?
A member of our team has visited the home, checked the photos match, and met the owner.
Do owners pay anything?
No. Listing is free for owners, including the photo and video shoot.
Why is the exact address hidden?
To protect owners' privacy. You see the exact location once you book a visit.
Can you help with police verification?
Yes. We pre-fill and guide you through the official Rajasthan Police process and track your reference number. We never submit on your behalf without you.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, a proper receipt for our fee. We can also generate monthly rent receipts for your HRA claim.
